ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Each order is shipped in 3 to 14 days depending on what stage of production we are in when the order is received. A lot of work goes into making each pillow perfect; we appreciate your patience in receiving your order. Unless overnight shipping is requested, most orders will be shipped via Priority Mail and from that point are delivered in 2-3 days (this is what the U.S. Postal Service quotes). Please let us know if you have a rush order or require expedited shipping. Rush orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns (we will exchange damaged products) because each pillow is made to order. However, your delight is our primary concern - we make every effort to ensure our customers are absolutely delighted with our products and service. Damaged products will be exchanged if returned within 14 days of purchase.

You must ship any returns prepaid as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use a trackable form of shipment for returns.
